Glad to hear your ticket got dismissed. You should see about checking records about the potholes. If the county/city was warned about the road damage before you got the flats and a reasonable amount of time passed (less than a week generally) then they are on the hook to pay you. The fact that they were warned and still have done nothing is not looking good for them.

 

So, have you though about getting a different bike? He is going to have a hardon for you....

It was in my run-of-the-mill Honda Accord... if he comes after me I will file suit for harrassment and we'll see where that takes him.

I'm not a terrible person, nor am I a bad driver so it will probably not happen again.

If I were that cop. I would be pissed that I had to come into court at time and a half to appear for a ticket I gave you and for them to throw it out like that.....AAAHHHHHHHAHHAHHAHHAHH(How in the hell do I get paid now). I then would of looked at the copy of the ticket I gave you, find your plate #and went to the parking lot and slashed all of your tires!!!!!!!!! And if you caught me doing it, I would of shot your little pinky toe off....But Im not that cop so your safe

VP fought the law and VP won!!!!!

 

Congrats VS hopefully the cop will take a little bit of humiliation the right way and possibly be a little better about it with his next victim.
