Looks good man.
D2, you probably already noticed, but the middle of the letters "O" and "R" in "Forum" got left out on your cut out.
imo, I'd do a full color snazzed up 3d PS version of it for the forum and leave it as one color w/out effects for shirts and things that are too costly to do as full color.
I don't have the original to work with but here's a quick 3 minute job to give you an idea of what I'm saying yo
