can you find any 250 cbrs in the states?

 

There are a few importers of Japanese domestic market motorcycles around in Canada. Windbell Motorcycles is on the west coast, and they have a website. I have been watching the site for interesting models. Most of the bikes shown on the site have already been sold, but it shows what might be available again. They have had cbr250s in the past.
