Louisiana passes the sex offender castration law. Supposedly a chemical is used to castrate a sex offender in order to reduce the sexual urges. (link)
Would suck if you were innocent....or the 14 yr girl in Kentucky that is being charged for raping a 13 yr old boy that forced her.(link)
