Warm milky drink like Horlicks ..dont eat much unless very hungry that will keep you awake as you activate the digestive system and the body heats up and feels more energetic ...

Than you Pam, I do love and appreciate the written word but I am actually no writer ..lol ... I would love to be of course as I have always felt more artistic than technical but I kinda fell between two stools ..gave up engineering and became a nurse ..lol

I work in an industrial manufacturing plant......not allowed alone. I would get inserious trouble...even tho I am lead management. one of those insurance deals...
