I looked at the site and it says 3750.00 to run, I am on the other side of the country(tn) but may try to make it out there. I think its 2500 miles and from LA to Vegas, and there's a two day party in Vegas. VIP treatment and they are filming a movie. sounds fun

 

I have seen the movies from past runs and it looks like alot of fun. We have some personal friends that ran and they said that it was a great time.

 

Do you mean Los Angeles to vegas being 2500 miles??? If that is the case. no no no. Vegas is not that far from L.A. Just a couple of hours only 225 miles roughly. I think what you might have meant the whole race is 2500 and you want to go to the L.A. to Vegas part. They usually race cross country. They have done like S.F. to N.Y.C. and L.A. to Miami.

 

NO Thats what the web site says, leave LA go 2500 miles and end up back in Vegas. I thought it was from New York to LA but Steve from the web site said the same.

 

That would be fun, but damn! That's a lot of cash to drop on something like that. It'd be sweet to show up with an ambulance and a 'blimp' as a sidekick lol

 

It does sound like alot, but he said you stay in pretty sweet hotels each night and then in the end in Vegas you party like a rock star for two days. He also said they are filming a movie about it and when they premier the movie if you want to be there they give you vip red carpet and party that night aswell. It would be a good vacation, but I don't think my wife would enjoy it too much
