oh yeah, and deoderant casuses cancer..so dont use it either.
It's the aluminum in the anti-perspirant...same thing with aluminum pans that old people all used back in the forties, before they were old--cooking with them released small amounts of the metal into food, then into your bloodstream...[] Seriously, it's linked to Alzheimer's and lung disease--not cancer, though I wouldn't doubt it...

Use an all-natural under-arm, there's plenty to choose from, they work just as well, and they all say 'Aluminum free'...yea!

Its a conspiracy
+1.

It is a conspiracy brought on by women. Because if our bikes could cook and clean they would be almost useless...almost.

Edit: Maybe they are right, this link claims everything gives of electromagnetic waves

On a serious note .... My pops was just diagnosed with pancreatic and liver cancer on Saturday. Does anyone have any knowledge on this topic. He was and I guess up to now a serious drinkers (Not an alcohoic b/c they go to meetings ..lol ..I'm trying to laugh a little) and a smoker.
The funny thing is I'm the same way with the drinking. So, it's freaky me out a little.
Anyone experience this with a parent or someone close before?

I've heard of higher rates of protate issues with older bikers. Although, these are also the HD riders. Those bike do rider heavyier/harder and have WAY more vibration to them.

As to your teacher, those were simply there ignorant opinions on what she/he had heard about. Again, another example of teachers passing off opinions as fact. No wonder our country is so f@cked up.

Since when did the internal combustion engine start producing radiation? This is news to me and I have a damn automotive degree. Sound like alot of BS to me and they were trying to sell sports cars rather then bikes.

Nowa days life is bad for you and just waking up in the morning will give you cancer. I just live my life and hope to go out quick when it's my time.

Did someone say, "consipiracy?"

The Vietnamese conflict was created by the Illuminati to introduce illicit drugs into mainstream American culture. Discuss...

Sure as hell more interesting than the idea of my bike givin' me cancer!

Just to be open-minded, I'd be interested in seeing that article.

It's possible that riders disproportionately engage in other risky behavior, like smoking, eating crappy food, drinking and drugging (esp. Harley riders) that could increase certain cancer rates.

I don't think radiation would be an issue with riding either, I think that if anything, a lower sperm count would be the concern for riders that take extended trips because your junk is always pressed up against you and the jewelsnever have a chance to adjust their temperature like they naturally do, but I guess tighty whities would give the same effect!
