I love the F2s, much like the F3, because although they look modern, full enclosure and all,
they are still very much old school ... steel frame, conventional forks,
carbs and simple to service and look after and I have to say I love a decent instrument cluster,
digital readouts just aren't the same as a proper set of good looking clocks


So, how am I doing on the whole F2/3 love thing?

I feel you guys on the F2 as well. I miss mine some days. I sold it for a F4i since I only had to pay 700 dollar difference between selling and buying which is too good of a deal to pass up. The F2 felt more relaxed and you could take it on a 4 hour trip(I did) and still feel the urge to go. Everything is great once you get the kinks done with them. The f4i is a great bike but feels like its on race mode 24/7 same as the RR. Some times it is nice to just relax a bit
