Ok, everyone. Here is the age old question. I have talked to a lady a coupleof times from my apartment complex within the last few days. Last nite, after talking about an hour she and I exchanged numbers. Should I call her tonight or wait for a day or two to possibly ask her out? How long should one wait? Should I call just to chat and wait to ask her out, or just go for it?

 

just do it...women i assume are pretty used to the whole "this guys gonna wait a ****ing week to call" thing...surprise her, be genuine...seems to me like you want to do it...

You have already talked to her a few times. And for an hour. She has some sense of what you are like. I say give her a call tonight. You can make plans for a friday or saturday. Or maybe she will suggest a night or day. I say go for it.

 

I'm with everyone else. I would give her a ring and see if she wants to go on a date this weekend. I suggest a movie because you are not going to be on the spot for your first date...the movie will do most of the entertaining and you won't have any uncomfortable silences. Then you can go to dinner after that and you'll feel less nervous. Then drop her aroofey and tap dat @$$...[sm=joke.gif]

Give it a day to add a little suspence to her life. If she really digs you, she will be eager to go out. I did the "wait a while to call her back thing" with my current girl, and she gives me **** about it once and a while. She thought that I'd never call her back and know we can't get away from each other.

 

damn....it's been a while since i had to do this "dating" thing.....this sucks. It used to be so easy. I guess it still is...just all these damn rules these days.
