call her soon and have a plan... like a good movie and dinner or better yet a nice picnic somewhere... sort of the old fashioned corny kind.... believe it or not that would be something she would remember... make it nice find out what she likes and do it... try not to get too sappy but just enjoy the moment... have some conversation and find the common ground that will bring you together.. and no flowers or anything like that. that could be like you are rushing things...
