I wonder if my thing is a "grass is greener on the other side", but I enjoy Brit Humor more than I enjoy American humor. What I mean by that is, if I had to chose one over the other, I would chose the Brit stuff. I record this hilarious sketch show called "That Mitchell Webb Look" on the BBC, and it kicks my *** about ten times more that something like SNL. It is hilarious without being crude, maybe that is it. They can be blue, but it is more implied than said. An American comic will just come out and say it, and a Brit will imply or lead you to it. Am I on my ***? Maybe it is just me...anyway, that is how I feel.
I have to admit I do love that show ... you're right about it being more implied than in your face, it just seems funnier that way ... well it does to us anyway :-)

This is the heroin sketch ..lol

Monty Python .. funniest British (or otherwise for that matter) comics ever. And I fart in the general direction of anyone who says otherwise. Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time. NO ONE expects the Spanish Inquisition!

I love Monty Python but I especially love Fawlty Towers ... that humour is just as good today ... we have them repeated on satellite frequently .. John Cleese as Basil Fawlty hurts my sides .. lol
