Texas has some of the nicest people because anyone you talk to could be carrying a gun and you'd never know it. On a side note about Fort Hood. That guy could have went on killing for hours if people wouldn't have shot him. You never hear about someone going crazy and a civilian with their own weapon stopping them because that would just **** off the people who want to control you by taking away your weapons
