Anyone ever use Maxima oil?

No. I've always used Honda oil. Never put much thought into trying a different flavor of water. (Hidden point... I think oils are the same, as far as brands go)

me too. i always figured that the oil that came in it from factory had to be good enough to keep using.

all oils need to meet certain requrements to be sold. therefore, there is no such thing as a bad oil. some may be better but none are bad.

well there are slight differences in oils, such as different dtergnets and dispersants, which is why you should never mix oils. of course synthetic has many advantages over conventional which clould keep me here typing all day long. As far as brand goes, a lot of my buddies with kawasakis and yamahas run the honda oil and the speed shop I go to reccomends the honda oil for just about eveyone!
