I know exactly what you mean Tim, I have 3 places I usually put things, such as my wallet, glasses and keys...if I don“t place them there, I have to think what I did from the time I came inthe door and retrace my steps. Not good for someone that has a crappy memory.

I tend not to mislay keys or things like that, I am very organised but ..if working on the bike where does that vital nut or washer or whatever go to when you drop them ... I have actually had to empty my garage to find stuff and still not find them ..its like they drop straight into another dimension in space and time ..I mean I have actually watched the thing drop and know where it dropped but its gone, vanished ..no where to be seen in even a 10 foot radius ..never, evar to be seen again!! ..lol

I always, ALWAYS, keep my keys in my front right pocket of my jeans. Ever since i was old enough to drive. were talking like 12 years straight. One day at work a few years ago i had to run out to my car and when i came back in i somehow miss placed my keys. I looked everywhere for about 2 hours, turned the store i was working at upside down. I have my house keys, mail keys, friends house keys, work keys, all on the same key ring so i was freaking out...
Anyways just as i was about to leave for the day i found my keys........... in my front left pocket..
