I saw another one like this on ebay that had the "replica helmet" that he was wearing and they were selling an empty box!! Ebay took it down though.......

 

More power to the guy if these people actually send him money...

 

They just put that one back up and its up to almost 5,000....what im wondering is, since ebay charges a % of the final sale price and im assuming this guy isnt planning to actualy get paid...isnt he still going to have to pay his ebay fees?
That was funny as hell tho!

 

If he doesn't get paid he just has to file a non-paying bidder complaint and ebay refunds the money. They might be a little slow with that chunk of change though.

 

ebay deals with obvious fakes differently though
