Does anybody know what constitutes a violation of probation under the ARD program for first time DUI offenders? I'm sure it probably varies by state, but any help would be appreciated cause I have searched the internet thoroughly and can't find any damn answers...

 

There should be terms/ violations that were explained during the set up of ARD.

I would think anything that breaks the law is subject to violation. The P.O. has final say if he pulls your number or not. Most of the time they let a traffic ticket go with explanation but i doubt they would do it twice. Im sure another DUI, drug charge, gun charge are out of the question.
