One of the staff writers for HFL went down hard in January at what is reported to be pretty low speed, and it's amazing how fubar he got. Esp when those guys are usually pretty gear happy / ATTGATT types.

His story is worth reading, esp his rant about the hospital staff, I've seen similar stuff happen to a family member most recently.
