Wish I had that problem Kuro , I restrict my cal intake during this routine to a fat
burning 1200 cals per day , translates to about 4 - 5 lbs per week negative with a
minimum 45 mins per work out on top of everything .... a numbers game for me
cal intake v's cal burned ....with negative cals being the objective on a daily basis

My optimal mass is 225....... should be just right by July 4th

Yumon, during the work day I prolly put away 45g in protein from eating beef jerky as snacks.

It's my metabolism. I don't gain weight easily.... sometimes not at all. Kills my best friend who is constantly counting calories on the dinner menu. Just to torture him, I pick the stuff he rejects

If you want to be 165 lb, I mean in good muscle tone weight, not flabby, you need to eat 120 g per day!! That's why you need protein powder

You guys suck at your 180 lbs or less. If I was at 180 lbs I would be dead. I am 6'2" and not chubby but hold a firm 210. I get down to 197 or so when I am working out or training. Last summer I got to 195 and actually had my sixpack going, long gone now though. Holding 215 at the moment but I can still see 4 abs.. lmao

Im 157 atm. If, hopefully I do, I continue to workout, I should be at 175-180 by midsummer. I absolutely hate being out of shape. Work should be dieing down and I'll have more time to get my body to where it belongs.

i don't get it, shouldn't we lose weight during the winter because we are constantly shaking from the shivering cold? huh? next winter turn the heat down and wear shorts.

its not actually all that great, it also makes it harder go build muscle mass...

my metabolism makes it very hard for me to gain weight, and even in combination with all the eating/lifting im doing, the increases are quite slow
