Trying to get under 200, sitting around 210+ right now, it was too long of a winter. P90x, eating right and supplements should take care of it hopefully. I'll never get much less than 200 though I think, too much muscle mass to get much lighter and I'm not that dedicated. P90x stretches the limit of my available free time as it is.

Yea, some guys there are only there to look at bikini pictures, and girls are there for attention reason. I got my workout routine down, and I can mix and change them as I wish. Strong core/back muscle is a must for sportbike rider as well as good cardio health
