I'm right around 200 at the moment - 185-190 is my usual beach going weight though.

Although I think I've gotten a little softer over the winter - need to revamp my weights routine.

bodybuilding.com blows. Its like a bad crappy facebook.

There are much better and more informative workout related forums.

Yea, some guys there are only there to look at bikini pictures, and girls are there for attention reason. I got my workout routine down, and I can mix and change them as I wish. Strong core/back muscle is a must for sportbike rider as well as good cardio health

Lol... I'm pondering getting UP to 165-170. 150 right now so I think I gained 5 pounds during winter. My fear is if I start working out, I'll dip further.

And yes, I eat. When going out for dinner, I rarely eat less than 2400 calories

You need to eat more and more protein. For increase in muscle mass, you have to eat 1 to 1.5 g of protein per 2.2 lb body weight. It is crazy amount to eat. You would have to rely on protein powder. FYI 1 chicken breast has about 45 g of protein.
