Just want to see if anyone else on this forum plays rugby. I have played for the past five years with the Windsor Rogues on the left wing. It is a great sport, a little painfull at time, but non the less a hell of a lot of fun. Here are a couple of pics of the team and me.

 

Played very, very informally in school a few times. A teacher was into it and taught us. Nothing serious, just a bunch of fun. I'd dig it if I could find a local legue. Was a fun time.

 

I play in the NRU (Niagra Rugby Union). There is 6 teams in the Union and we play each other twice. With work and family, I make about 3/4 of the games. There is nothing like playing 2 full games (80 per game) and feeling like a bag of stomped on crap after to help you feel alive. So far this season I have been kneed in the face, two kicks to the forehead, heeled on the nose, many bruises and what would look like road rash to my right forearm. Yes good times.

 

I played rugby for a few years down here in Georgia... never got any good at it but I bashed a couple guys pretty good and got knocked around myself... and I sure missthe after party...
