So I'm curious if anyone has any tips, anything from technique to diet, anything. I have been single and working a lot for the last 3 months so it hasn't been much of an issue but lately I met this girl and it's inevitable that I'm going to have sex with her.

See the thing is when I jerk off I approach it with the attitude of getting it done quick and moving on with my day and I think this rolls over to my real life experiences. I never have a problem getting it up because I stay in shape but I usually only last around 10 minutes in bed and sometimes that's not enought to get the girl off.
