I know you had nothing to hide, but I personally probably wouldn't allowed the officer access to my car or my personal belongings. After the signing of the patriot act and learning more of the DMCA act, I think I'm going to make sure that I'm going to start exercising my rights while I still have them. Unfortunately, we are giving away our rights to give us a false sense of security. We now have an act that basically tosses due process out the window.Anyway, funny, story Hardcorp. Although my ex-wife had a situation where someone was actually tailgating her and following all over the place. She did everything she could to try to get an officer's attention or to get away from him. She ended up calling 911 and the police met them at the McDonalds. Apparently somebody in a truck had followed the guys sister around and he was pissed and went out and saw my Ex's truck and proceeded to follow her thinking it was the other person. Doing crazy crap of tailgating, trying to drive along side. Basically driving in a threatening manner. Police warned the guy that if she had a gun, she would have been well justified in shooting him.
