I was in Med-School and we actually studied this. What Ranger said is actually somewhat true, lol. When you're doing your thing, your body is building up "pressure" on the inside...you ***, and when you pee, it actually cleans your system out so that the, ummm, "leftovers" inside won't stay in there and cause an infection, etc.. Although women are at higher risk if they don't pee afterwards.
