I know I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but I was expecting something a little more.........well.........more.
I don't want to sound like a major *** (though, it's probably already coming off as that), but I do design web sites, and what this site really, REALLY needs is a good, professionally done logo.
As for the banner, the ROTY should stay large as it is.......but there should also be every ROTM up there as well.
Again, not trying to step on anyones toes, but this is how I see it from a professional point of view.
Below is a pic of the concept that I'm thinking of (from one of my earlier designed sites). Have the ROTM's blending together with an overlapping, translucent logo overlapping everything (much like the flame is overlapping the pictures).
But this is just my opinion. I love making things look as perfect and kick-*** as they possibly can, especially when it's something as kick-*** as this site.

So why not offer up something? I know what you are talking about, I suggested something like that a month or two ago.

As for the money, or the job of the site....your right. This isn't my day job nor do I profit any money from this. Non of the Mods do or Don or myself as admins. We were members just liek all of you and have simply been here awhile and have much love for the site and do this out of appreciation for the site and all of you as members. I like the ideas you have Foxy for design and such and in the future if you feel the desire to put up some proposals for future needs it would be appreciated. We love creative minds. I wish I had more time to spend on design however sadly I have a regular job and a busy life this is done in my spare time. As for the ROTM winners being placed in the header as well...that honor is reserved for our ROTY winner! The monthly winner however do get their own month in the calendar! Oooooo Thats sweet!!!
Someone nominate my bike sometime so I can perhaps make my very own month!! LOL

)I did have a few ideas in mind though that I think would do the site justice........and if you all want, I can post a preview of what I had in mind. The last thing I want to do is show someone up though. But I am more than willing to throw something together to contribute to this site (which is about the only thing I can really contribute towards it.........that, and useless information....

Awesome I will look forward to it.....You know the basic layout I did last year, thats just one idea...I was hoping to change it up a bit this year. I haven't even started this years yet so if you to start with the first couple winners and we can go from there......and your welcome, thanks for the offer to help.
