9/11
From all of us to all of you in the US
As you do not forget, nor will we.
We will not forgive, and while those responsible walk the earth, nor should you.
In memory of Dennis O'Berg, a distant family member, in a ladder company of the NYFD who died at his post 9/11/2001.
May you rest in peace.
Your sacrifice will not be forgotten, nor be in vain.

11/9 has been in our thoughts today in the UK.
It, 10 years on, is still quite unthinkable, unbelievable, horrible.
I wept this morning while driving to work, listening to radio coverage.
May all the poor souls who lost their lives on that terrible day rest in peace. May all those who have been so affected by the aftermath live in peace.
May all those who suffer in the aftermath get up to see a beautiful sunrise.
Peace brothers...... please!

Did anyone happen to watch the CBS special that aired Sunday night called 9/11: Ten years later? If not I highly recommend you try to find it and DVR it. It was one of the best shows on 9/11 I have ever seen. I won't go into detail but its about 2 brothers who were filming a documentary on a rookie firefighter and it just so happened that this rookies team was part of the first responders so there is actual live footage of inside the first trade center right after the first plane hit and as the second tower fell. Absolutely an amazing show. Must watch. RIP everyone who lost their lives on that horrible day.
