Here are a couple alarms you can look at and I am sure there are way more out there to prevent / discourage theft. Also dont forget about installing lo-jack, at least then if its stolen you can find it easily!

Really hope you get your bike back soon. The thieves will eventually get what's coming to them when they attempt to steal from the wrong person.
