Default Winter prices?

Whattup ppl. New to the site and looking to get a CBR F4i soon. Just finished the MSF. I was wondering if it's true that bikes go up for sale a lot more frequently and cheaper after the summer.

thanks

yes, they go cheaper during the winter cuz their tougher to sell in off season and more people tend to want to sell their bike on off season so that they can sell their bike b4 buying a new one and not miss out on riding time.
