For as long as I have been here I have never gotten used to "what's up" ..lol

Here it means what is the matter??, what is wrong with you?? ... you guys say it as a way of saying hello, I always have this urge to say well, um, nothing really, everything is fine ..or maybe explain how bad my bunions and sciatica are ...lol

Sorry just playing with you, hopelessly brish here :-)

how are you doing :-)

Welcome to CBRF!!

Jules

Jolly good motorbike the CBR is, old boy! Can't help you with meeting new blokes I'm afraid, as I'm not exactly sure of your current location.

You sure got a leathering from jules, I see.... That lass can be a hard one!
Well, I must dash now, time for tea!

Cheerio!

Is that better, jules? (probably pathetic, as I just made it up by piecing together words I've heard on public television....)

Welcome to CBRF!! Congrats on the new bike. Um... what CBR is it? Post up some pics or at the very least let us know what kind it is. We can be far more helpful with that information in hand...lol. Since you are a new street rider, I would have to recommend taking some sort of motorcycle safety course. It will help hone your road skills and most likely reduce your insurance premiums to boot.

Take care out there and enjoy the forums.

Oh, and what's up Jules?... ;-)

Oooohhh! A 1000F! That's what I ride, too.
Well then you'll have to stop by the Hurricane section and say hi. There are a bunch of cool people over there, and lots of useful information. Put up an intro over there, too, and maybe some pics?
I've always loved the look of these bikes, too, ever since they came out. Now that I've owned one for several years, I love it even more!
