What to buy ????
Hi All,
New to this forum, hope I can get some advice.
I have been riding for nearly 7 years now but my CV of bikes is not very impressive (2 Honda CGs and 2 Kawaskai ER-5's).
I am now in a position to get a different machine and really fancy a CBR600. My only concern is that I have never ridden a sports bike before and I wouldnt want to get one and then find the ride position too uncomfortable.
Is there anywhere I can go to, legally, ride a sports bike to see what I think ??

Welcome
Hiyu mate and welcome to the CBRF
The question of new road riders climbing straight on to 600's has been a hot topic in this place many times ..
Me , I think as I always say ....the ride , no matter how big, is only as dangerous as the rider!!!..
IMO- The best place to try one out for size would be on the track ..
Check your area / region for open track days and take a run out to them..
If you are lucky , you may find someone that is prepared to give you a quick trial run on their ride
Another good way , is to go to your dealers and try to con a test ride on a used one..
If you have 7 years experience with anything motor cycle related , you might be lucky enough to bull**** your way on to one for a short run..
take care what ever you do...
BTW : Need any help around here just PM me :-)
