trying to get to 100 posts.
so I'm new on this forum. I primarily joined to promote my used parts business I'm starting. I've been in the motorcycle business or around motorcycles for the last 12 years. I've had two Suzuki's, a Yamaha, and am in possession of my second Honda but its not a keeper. Just parting this one out. Hope to find another permanent bike soon. curious to see how long it takes to reach 100 posts.

Its not that I don't have anything meaningful to offer aside from parts, its more that there are plenty of other people who are far more knowledgeable as to correct riding technique or technical know how than me. I do feel that offering an affordable alternative to factory prices is making a meaningful contribution to this and other forums. If I've learned anything in my 11+ years of experience in the motorcycle industry its that its cheaper to write most bikes off as a loss than to repair with new parts. While I realize what I'm doing is nothing new, see ebay for an example, I still feel that there are many members on your forum that would appreciate being able to buy parts at affordable prices without having to spend a week or two bidding on ebay only to pay about the same as what I would sell it to them for. I do feel that from time to time I can provide useful advice on other areas of the forum but from what I've seen so far there is already a strong group of people that handle that job quite nicely.

The 100 post rule is to get to know people and keeps out a lot of spam and scammers. And no one is allowed to sell here as a for profit business. The classifieds are for the convenience of our contributing members ... and not monetary contributions but rather time and camaraderie.
Hope that clears it up ... or permanently muddies it
