Well, I checked and they make them for both 1000rr and 600rr, although you must cut the fairing to install on the 600rr. That's a bummer.

Does anyone know of any that doesn't require cutting out the fairing? I've googled but no luck.

This looks like what you are looking for with the 600RR. I don't know what year you have...These will only fit 02-03.

I have an '05 600rr. I think those frame sliders require "body modification" from what they say. Shogun website isn't very informative either.

I've just ordered Kinetek lower linkage, anybody have any experience or thoughts on them. I plan to lower by 2".

Don't forget about the Bar Ends. They will also take a beating if you drop your bike. I have the Double Hard Bar Ends.

One thing I forgot to check after the drop, can the foot brake lever and gear shift lever be damaged? I haven't seen my bike after the drop, I'm a little worried now.

It all depends on how your bike went down. Check for scratches then look for bends.
