Stolen CBR600RR
Hi guys and girls,
This is a long shot but my bike was stolen a few months ago and I'm after any help in tracking it down. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be amazing. I'm based in Sydney have made a police report etc but was wondering if there is any way to find out if the engine number has been re-registered. I've had a look at a few websites but I don't want to pay fees when it isn't going to help.
Has anyone been in this position before and managed to track it down?
Obviously it was uninsured but it used to live in a locked garage and these SLIMEY ****S - Sorry don't get me started.
Not expecting any resolution but one can always hold out hope.
Thank you in advance Paul Clark

Welcome Paul,
Sorry to hear about your bout of misfortune. There are a few members here from your part of the world so hopefully they can chime in and answer your question. In the states it's not too hard to accomplish what you are looking for. The big caveat to that is it requires the person who stole your bike to be enough of a law abiding citizen to actually register the bike. That isn't always the case.
Best of luck to you sir. Keep us posted on how it goes.
