HAHA it comes with time. Dont Dump the Clutch too much or youll find yourself looking at the sky!

But it does come with time and thats all.. After you get relax and get some miles under your belt you'll see that your hands hurt less..

Bewley is right - 95% chance you are just gripping the bars too tightly. Everyone does it; especially in the beginning.

As for the throttle make sure to use a "wrist down" position. Lessens the chance of over throttling her. If you haven't taken an MSF class I highly suggest you look into it. Great for the basic skills you need to not kill yourself and they have some really great tips / insights.

Tighten your core & focus on proper posture. Relax your arms. That hand tingling will go way.
