Default Reintroducing myself!

Hello! My name's Erik! I've been a member here for a long time, but sold off my bike a few years ago, and haven't been active on here since. But, I am looking to get back into the CBR world, so I figured becoming active here again would be a great start!

I used to own a 600f4i, loved it to death, but sold it to move into a new place. I am looking at possibly getting a 250r as my next bike.

I am currently residing in Mt Vernon, NY(just outside of NYC), but will be moving to Charleston, SC this summer.

Welcome back to the CBR Forum Erik,

I was looking at CBR250r's for a friend recently and they really are sweet little bikes. Good luck with the hunt.

Cheers, SB

Hi, welcome back!

Just out of curiosity, why a 250r?

Welcome back Erik.

I'm curious why a 250r as well. While they are nice little bikes, I would think it would be a step back from before.

welcome back to cbrf! as far as the 250r, they're fun around town, and you can beat on them and not be braking speed limit laws, but it's an occasional fun thing for me. i think i'd be a little disappointed if it was my only bike. but you'd get incredible gas mileage!

Welcome back! I am like some of the others and wonder why you would take a step backwards. The new 600's are nice and very reliable. You should check those out, and they are a lot of older nice 600's still out there for sale. Check Craigslist!

Supermoto 250M was just announced for Thailand market - same platform as the new 250L.

Looks awesome and like a ticket just waiting on me if it comes to the states:
