rebuilt bikes?

is buying a motorcycle with a rebuilt title a bad idea? and is there any way to find out the extent of the damage before it was rebuilt? by hte way they are a 600rr and a 2002f4i

Well my bike is on a rebuild title. I dont haveanyproblems withit.I am sure it all depends what happened to the bike. I am not sure how you would be able to look that up.
