hi there, just purchased a '93 cbr 900rr. it is in poor cosmetic condition but excellent mechanical condition and i have reciepts for an engine rebuild more than the blue book value of the bike itself, there's very few miles on the motor but a ton on the chassis. i think i got a great deal on it. I'm undecided whether or not to fighter it or keep it as is and just ride. it's the first big bike I've had, mostly had a bunch of xs650's and dual sports. i find the 900rr's powerband to be very unintimidating but still plenty powerful. basically all of the good things I've heard said about this bike are true. I hope to have some pictures taken within a few days once my camera is returned. until then I'll be reading up on maintenance and such.
