Default pic sizes?

hi everyone i've been part of the forum for a while now but haven't actually stopped into to say hi
i'm having a problem uploading any pics to my profile, i've tried resizing them but it still won't work.
if anyone has any dimension so i can try it again, it would be greatly appreciated.
and thanks for all the great advice so far from everyone

Its probably not the dimentions but the actual size of the pic, the easy fix is to open the pic with MS paint, Hit "save as" Change the name, save, and then up load the new pic. This way you will have a samller/lesser quality pic and still keep the larger/higher quality pic.

Welcome to the site. I use Photo Explosion Deluxeand try to keep my pics between 6"-8" by the other dimension of the pic (it does it automatically for me). If you have any more problems email me your pics, I will resize them,then send them back to you for posting.

If anyone needs any Photoshop work done, let me know. I'm not an Adobe genius, but I can do quite a bit with it.

Hello & Welcome!!

If you use MS Paint, click control W and a little box will appear. Edit the first 2 options to be smaller and it should take care of that. Just remember to save it.
