Hi all!

New forum member from Perth, Australia here.

I've a relatively high mileage 97 F3 in smoking joe's colours (Mid 90k kms). She's knocking on but just as loud, cheeky and antisocial as the day someone stuck a roo racing can on her.

I've had a few CBR400's (NC29s) in the past, a good long stint with a Kawa Zephyr 750 and a GPZ500s in the UK, a while with a Kawa GTR1000 and a few years of firestorm riding and even an SV650 before shipping out to Africa for a year, coming back in a mental state after no bike and grabbed the first decent machine I could, which happened to be the F3. And thus the love affair started.

I'm a pretty good mechanic, but I don't have a manual so I'll likely appear from the depths on occasion to ask for torque settings before grumbling my way back to the workshop. Recent adventures have been to de gungify the cooling system after headgasket and oil cooler rings went incontinent and I've chimed in on a bit of work on the clutch.

Pleased to meet you all and hoping to have a good time here

Welcome!
There’s a pdf version of the manual in the f3 forum.
Post up pics when you can.
