Talking Okay guys and gals, I'm back this time with an F2

Hey guys,
I used to be a member back in the days of 2005/2006. I used to have a very nice 2001 F4i with custom paint work. I ended up selling my bike for a good reason, I needed money to buy a house. I was 23, single, but a home owner .

Anyhow when I was going I had some fun. I built and own a Nissan 240sx but its a monster with a worked LS6 engine and built trans.

I am also not new to forums, I moderate on Nicoclub.com if you own a Nissan or infinity you know what it is I'm sure.

But yeah I'm back. I just picked up a 1992 CBR F2 with 97/98 fairings. The bike only has 16K and runs great. It has a full exhaust, jetted, and K&N filter. But I am going to upgrade the jets to the Factory 1.7 race jets and will be advancing the timing 4.5 degrees. The bike was laid down, the old owner repainted the bike and did some nasty work. He smashed the front fairing and epoxied it back together and bondo'd the 3 pieced to one, same with the 98 tail. And the paint is not that great, but I cleaned it, polished it, and buffed it out. Oh the upper fairing stay is also twisted.

Plans are to ride it out for th year, then go with an Ebay china 7 stars fairing set, and new fairing stay. I also want to add a Hindle high mount.

Anywho pics the old, the car, the new but old.

Hey there Kevin, good to have you back! Although I shouldn't be technically saying that as you've been a member longer, lol.
That's a sweet bike, and what a car!

I am pretty good. Bikes are so easy to work on compared to a car.

Hmm I should ask in the F2 section, but how come I cant seem to find carb rebuild kits for this old dog? Jet kits all day, but I would like to replace the needs and floats when I overjet her this winter.
