Appears you have an F3 (or the Euro equivalent) there. F2 & F3 are mechanically 98% similar, but the F3 got some better Fork internals, upgraded brakes, and a pump-assisted fuel system (although not fuel injected). The fairings are mildly styled differently - F2 has a vent above the headlamp, where the F3 has the vents below.

I'm sure there's more that I'm missing.

Well the better news for you is that the F2 and F3 rear subframe are identical, and the rear fairings are interchangeable until 97/98 here in the states, so you're rear rack should be the same for both.

As far as the windscreen goes, yeah that's def. a F3 front fairing.
