Default Nice site!

Hello all, new to this forums and CBR's as well. I've just taken ownership of a close to mint condition '87 1000F. I will get into the purchase details at a later date but suffice to say, in this case, I absolutely could not say "no" to this deal. My wife on the other hand disagrees and has said that I should get used to hearing the word "NO" for the next few weeks.Long story short, the CBR gets added to the stable alongside a basket case '81 IT465 (rescued on its way to the dump(!)), A '67 Honda S90 cafe racer project, and a "rolling resto" project '74 DT175A. Back to the CBR however, after a good wash and detail, Ive found a couple of concerns and issues but those are posts for other threads. I am really excited about this bike and look forward to posting on this site (seems like a nice place to hang out.)

Kind regards

Brian

Hay you stole my 'Cane...jk

Good looking '87. Well when I got mine 'Cane it went straight in to the storage cause the wife didn't like it either.

Stop by the Hurricane section and say HI. If you have any questions they will be happy to help out...

Ride Safe....

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

Indiana: I've been lurking around this site for a few days looking for hard luggage options for my bike. You have the exact set up that I had in mind with your Givi cases. If you don't mind, I'd like to PM you sometime about fitment specifics.

Sprok: Not to worry, she is already starting to come around. The smack would be appreciated at this point, though .

hondajunkie: Thanks for the compliment. I'm constantly amazed at the condition this bike is in, as I said above, I just could not say no to this deal.
