Hi folks, just a quick introduction. Names Doug and i live on the mecca which is the Isle of Man. Big fan of the cbr (also own an exup fzr1000ru) just bought a 929rry and am racing a steel frame cbr600(94) next season at Jurbystone. Owned many bikes in my time and used to work as a bike mechanic also used to repair/refinish fairings etc so may have some useful tips at some point. Anyway thanks for accepting my membership

The isle of man is on many of our wish lists of places to visit. I know there is a trip in the panning for the 2014 race. Perhaps you could lend some advice on that one.
