Im totally embarressed for messing this up the first time, but I will try this again. Im Sean. I have a 92 Honda CBR 600f2. I got it cause its my first, and I didn't pay much, and if I crashed (which I did already), it would be good to learn on to fix. I have been interested in sportbikes for a while. My dad got me bikes... but then I fell off his tree (more Harley fan) for the sportbike look and feel. I am still getting comfortable with how to ride it compared to my 250 from my driving school I took. I love the idea that im a bigger guy, 6'0" near 300lbs and fit on the bike... surprising huh? (proceed with the jokes)

My 92 CBR needs new plastics. I looked on ebay and the price was nealy 900 bucks. Is this what I have to expect? I mainly need the right rear fairing and front headlight assembly.

Hello Sean, congrats on your new bike, but sorry about your mishap. Fairings are freaking expensive. Buying used ones on e-Bay (or wherever) is the way to go, or you can fix them with fiberglass/epoxy. Frame sliders are a must. Either that or you can convert it into a streetfighter. Good luck.
