Default CBR nooblet needs help

Hey guys, I just joined up here so I could get some info on this engine rebuild I'm doing.

I need some help with the following and a link to an exploded engine diagram would be SO helpful.

- Cam timing (No clue as to how they should be timed)
- What looks like an oil distributor (It's a circular piece with only one inlet/outlet and a bladed turbine on the inside

- I'm waiting on my head gasket to get it finished but those two things are REALLY bothering me.

Can anyone help me out?

Ha, that would help wouldn't it?

The bike itself is an F2, the engine I'm transplanting is an F3. The F2 had a fubar'ed 2nd gear.

heres the service manual for the F3. It should have a blow up of what you need.

Cool, thanks man.

As far as cam timing, will that manual cover that as well?

Coolio, the propeller was part of the oil sender unit (should have known that :doh)
But I've yet to figure out the timing thing. The wording is a little ambiguous and I think I'm just going to end up doing damage to it.

Can someone clarify things a bit? I get ex vs intake, that's no problem, but do the individual cam shafts need to be side specific? As in; is one EX and one IN?
