Default New rider from PA

Hi everyone. Im Rusty and I got my 98 600f3 back in Aug. It's blk, maroon, and white. I think its concidered the desert storm, but I'm not sure. I had the bike for about a month and some @-hole tried to steal it, they laid it over and broke the left rear fairing and popped the ign with a screw driver! I fixed the ing already and I'm looking for the fairing online and came across this site. I hope to upload photos soon. Does anyone know if I can upload photos off my phone?

Hi Rusty and welcome CBRF!! I'm from PA too. Sorry to hear that someone hurt your baby, but you've come to the right place to get help fixing her back up like new.

I have no idea what kind of phone you have, but if it you can't bluetooth them to your computer, then the easiest way would be to email the photos to yourself. Good luck and definitely post those pics up as soon as you can.

I wish you luck on fixing it all up.
Btw, I'm in PA, too. South central near chambersburg/waynesboro area.

Another PA, Philly side here. Gotta watch those bike thieves. Get an alarm w/ ignition kill & a disc lock.

As for the fairing, lets see a pic. We might be able to help you patch it if its not too bad. Welcome aboard

Oh man... sorry to see that chit.
If it makes you feel any better, I got a ton of parts, tools, and a motor stolen from me a couple years ago in York. To the tune of about $4-5k.

It's a nice looking bike, though.

I'm sorry the bike's not pristine anymore, but other than the obvious, it looks really nice. Shouldn't take too much time or money to fix it up. I love that color scheme and almost got a new one just like that back in the late 90s. It was a leftover from the year before and was priced to go, but I ended up building a house instead.
