Welcome to CBRF... Way to go... $500 + new battery + some petcock work = a 95 "cane" and a bright future in the smile department... The fellas at the Hurricane Saloon should be able to sort you out... Post some pics of the 1kF... We like pics...

I'll get some pics up soon just wondering if anyone out there has a left upper fairing for sale... The part where the blinked sits is broken off so the blinker is hanging.. looking to fix the bike up...

Welcome to the CBR Forum,

Good to see another CBR1000F owner join. A grand old lady and you got it for a good price too! As for the fairing, if no members come forward, keep an eye out on any of the online sales sites - but be prepared to paint it as the mark 3s came out with a few colour options.

Cheers, SB

Can't wait to see what it looks like. Too bad it's so stinking cold around here! Been in the teens in Chicago all day, was in Milwaukee this am and it was 11 degrees!!

$500, how's the paint look? Been awhile since she ran before you just got it back up and going?
