Just picked up a '02 F4I. It is my first sport bike and only have put about 7 miles on it so far. RIGHT after I bought it, it literally started pouring. Hailed as well...waited for the rain to lighten up and then took it home.

Previous experience is that I have had my '03 Suzuki Volusia for 5 years now. I didn't trade it in.....just wanted something different!!

Poking around and learning right now!

Thanks everyone.

It's got a bit over 18k on it and has some minor damage to the right side. My wife dumped it on the left the other night, so a bit there as well. BUT...that's part of the reason I got it. Teach her and I knew that kinda stuff would happen..so no big deal. Still waiting on the title to take it out more...but fun so far!

Noticed that the integrated rear tail light is not very bright, so trying to find a solution to that which doesn't involve swithing out the whole under unit. Took out the unit and it isn't easily opened, thinking bout just getting some of those LED strips from auto zone and wiring them in as aux tail lights.

Lol...part of my reasoning I used to get it was to teach her....so I gotta!!

Picked up a red LED fire an additional brake light and a strip of white for a license plate light...now just need to get a safety inspection done and I will be able to ride it on base!
