Hello all! I'm a new member from Seattle, I got my first CBR (1995 F3) a few weeks ago. It looks pretty rough but is an amazing runner! I have some hong kong fairings on the way, and yes I'm aware of the pitfalls, but I don't have much choice as the current fairings are way beyond repair. Once I get them and install I'll post some pics of how it looks and any trouble I ran into. The way I see it there can't be too much information out there about some of these aftermarket parts.

I've read through a bunch of posts here and already gotten a ton of good information, and I'm glad a site like this exists!

Cheers!

Exactly. Any info that pertains to our bikes is good stuff.
I hope the fairings work out. I have a buddy with an F2 that is thinking about doing it, too....

No worries, I hope my thread on the Hong Kong ones and the walkthrough I made will make your life a bit easier!

Treat those plastics like a baby and they will last!

Ride safe!

Thanks everyone! Kilgore, will definitely let you know how it goes and spicy, yes, very informative stuff. I may hit you up for advice on the heat shields when they come in.
