Hey an welcome. Thats a nice 1krr you got there. Tonnes of juice in those bikes. As for HIDs - best to look at projector housings and go with any kit really. Keep it in the 4-6000K range. I am trying to figure out a retrofit for projectors for mine now, as I am just running the HIDs in the stock housing. In my sig there is a link for my HID kit, so you can learn about them.
As for the iPhone mount - dunno, I use an android and have a tank bag with a phone holder in it. Using a phone really doesn't jive with riding though.
As for upgrades - the best upgrades you can do is on yourself. Spend the money on good gear, courses and track instruction. Those bikes are race replicas. A stock bike with a trained rider is much better than a bike with a bunch of upgrades if you don't know how to push it.

Welcome to the forum.
Mods are a nice edition. Search around and you will get some ideas. First things first though, make sure the fluids and wearable parts are up to date and in good shape. Many of us recommend going through and changing all of them on any new to you bike. Don't trust the po's word or work, ever. It's your life, check it yourself.
