Default New Member & Rider from Pittsburgh

Hello All,

I just wanted to pop in to say hello. I stumbled across this forum site browsing the net. I just started riding a couple summers ago after purchasing a 98 CBR 600 F3. I took the local motorcycle safety course with my father and brother who also got an interest after I purchased my bike. My brother settled on a 750 Nighthawk for his first bike. Very nice cruising bike for starting out I think. We both love our bikes.

Anyway, I have had my bike stored at my brothers and tried getting it started a couple weeks ago. I just purchased some new plugs to see if that helps.

I was curious about our forum signature, I do not have an option to edit one. When does that become available. I would like to have my bike details put in one, so I do not have to type it each post.

Thanks,
Mysfyt

Outstanding that you took the safety course! Most of us here recommend it. It will pay dividends along the way. Always remember your basics & ride your own ride.

^^^that. When you're new, it sometimes takes a bit before you can do all the neat things like that. It will come, be patient.

If the plugs don't get it started, there are lots of members here that will help you figure it out.

Welcome to CBRF.....

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the comments.

Nice weather this weekend so hopefully I will get the bike to wake up.

GotCBR - I should have known there was an explanation somewhere, I just did not look hard enough. Thanks for the link.
